Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 26, 2026
The Nazarene Infrastructure Network ("NIN," "we," "us") operates the website ninfba.com and the NIN Members Portal application (together, the "Service"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect
- Account information — your name, email address, and the login credentials you create.
- Membership & profile information — your founder number, display name, tribe/affiliation, profile photo, and preferences you choose to add.
- Contribution information — when you make your monthly contribution, payment is processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We receive confirmation and limited details (such as the last four digits and status); we never receive or store your full card number.
- Communications — emails you send us and your email preferences.
- Usage & device data — basic technical information (such as IP address, browser/device type, and pages viewed) collected automatically to operate and secure the Service.
2. How we use your information
- To create and manage your account, founder profile, and reserved ownership allocation;
- To process your monthly contribution and issue your certificate;
- To send you account, membership, and campaign communications (you can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time);
- To operate, secure, and improve the Service;
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Service providers we use
We share information only with the providers that help us run the Service, and only as needed for them to perform their function:
- Supabase — accounts, database, and file storage;
- Stripe — payment processing;
- MailerLite — email delivery;
- Airtable — internal records;
- Vercel and Fly.io — hosting and document rendering.
4. We do not sell your data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share it for third-party advertising.
5. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet our legal and recordkeeping obligations. You may request deletion of your account (see your rights below).
6. Security
We protect your information using encryption in transit (HTTPS), encrypted storage of secrets, access controls, and row-level security on your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
7. Your rights
You may request to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and you may opt out of marketing emails at any time. To make a request, email us at hello@ninfba.com.
8. Children
The Service is intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect information from children.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date above.
