Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the Nazarene Infrastructure Network ("NIN," "we," "us") website at ninfba.com and the NIN Members Portal application (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
The Service provides information about NIN and a portal for members and founders to view their membership, founder number, certificate, reserved ownership allocation, and related materials.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be 18 or older to create an account. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
3. Membership, contributions & ownership allocation
Membership in the Founding 1,000 is supported by a monthly contribution on a one-year commitment ($100/month). The nature of your membership, your contribution, and any reserved ownership allocation are governed by NIN's founding documents (including the Founders' Charter, Covenant, and Ownership Instrument), which control in the event of any conflict with these Terms.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to access other users' accounts, disrupting the Service, reverse-engineering it, or using it for unlawful purposes.
5. Intellectual property
The NIN name, the aleph mark, the FBA mark, and all content and designs in the Service are owned by NIN and protected by law. You may not use our marks or content without our written permission.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in the Service is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NIN will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which NIN is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
